That's great--cooking is a very important skill to have, and many people lack it.
Sadly, I am currently penniless enough that as great as your menu sounds, I must resort to what I have in the freezer.
I used to cook. Sometimes I even enjoyed it. (Usually cakes & pastries.) I think I've mostly forgotten how, as my husband has done it for the past 13 years. One of these days, I must start again. It's the only way to get some of the things I like!
